Logistics and Delivery

Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea:

SF Express Door-to-Door Delivery: Products will be delivered by SF Express to the address on your order.
SF Express Store Pickup: Please select the SF Express self-pickup station/smart locker/or convenience store number.

(Hong Kong and Macau):

  • Free shipping on orders over HKD500 (discounted shipping fee applies).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 1 to 3 business days (from the date of shipment).

(Taiwan, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and South Korea):

  • Free shipping on orders over HKD1000 (discounted shipping fee applies).
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 5 to 9 business days (sometimes as fast as 5-7 days). (from the date of shipment).

You will be notified via the SF Express app after your product arrives at the self-pickup point. The specific time will be based on the SF Express app notification.

Australia, UK, USA, Canada:

Overseas customers enjoy free shipping on orders over HK$1000 after discounts.

Overseas orders are handled by HONG KONG POST e-Express+ service.

Mail arrives at its destination and is processed with priority over regular mail/parcels. Delivery to most major destinations takes 7 to 14 business days* to reach the recipient's address. Delivery time varies depending on flight schedules, customs clearance, aviation security checks, uncontrollable circumstances such as natural disasters, political factors, labor unrest, war, or pandemics, and the size of the destination. Some geographically dispersed destinations may require longer delivery times.

*Sundays and public holidays are not included in the calculation of postage and arrival dates for all types of mail, or in the evaluation of service performance under the service commitment.

Customers generally receive their mail within 7-14 business days after shipment.

Online Mail Tracking

EasyPay+ service provides online tracking for the following five to eight points:

(i) Mail delivered;

(ii) Arrived at processing center;

(iii) Delivered to transport company/departed for destination;

(iv) Delivered to processing center (destination exchange office);

(v) Left processing center (destination exchange office) (if any);

(vi) Processing at destination sorting center (if any);

(vii) Delivered to delivery office (if any);

(viii) Successfully delivered/Delivered unsuccessfully.

Taxes and Duties

・International orders may be subject to taxes. Please check the customs regulations of your country/region.

・We do not include any customs duties or taxes when we ship your package to its destination. Therefore, we will only charge the product price at checkout.

・All applicable customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer.

• Customs has the right to intercept your package, and in rare cases, delivery may be delayed.

• Product prices do not include customs duties and taxes (including VAT). You will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes.
